The focus is on jamón de bellota, artichokes, rice dishes and paella, complemented by alpine products and regional origin. Many dishes are made in a charcoal oven, prepared slowly and with care.

Our Pizza

The pizza menu follows the craft. Long-fermented Neapolitan dough, high heat, clear ingredients. Classic Italian pizzas meet our own creations with Spanish accents and local products from Zuoz. Each pizza is meticulously thought out — light, aromatic and baked to the point.
